Hello and welcome. I'd like to begin by stating that I have the same standard of ideals as most people, I just view their means differently.

For example, I believe in truth and justice, but not in the "American way". The "American way" is quite the opposite of the former two. It exploits fear, and (more importantly) ignorance as methods of obtaining its aim. Its culture discourages true self-exploration and dulls that urge with commercial distractions. Mirroring in many ways the course of action employed by most modern religions.

I make no apologies if I offend you as I'm quite sure you would not apologize for your views. 

That being said, welcome again.
